Bachelor degree or above,major in Engineering or close.
3+ years working experience of quality control in manufacturing industry.
Very good knowledge and experience of ISO9001:2000;ISO/TS16949 is preferred.
Good experience of problem solving and capable of leading a team to solve quality problem.
Good written and spoken English.
Familiar with Word,Excel and Power point application.

"1.Be involved in process audit, Lead and coordinate preventative/corrective action and continuous quality improvement, analyze root cause using quality tools;
2.Support process engineer to develop quality plan including control plan, FMEA,PPAP, and gage list, incoming inspection specification, in-process inspection and final/outgoing inspection specifications;inspect initial sample of new projects and issue testing reports 3. supporting new product or transferred product introduction, follow up first article certification; (mainly for A 2 A project)
4. support to study the capability and stabilization of equipment and process 5. coordinate to solve the process problem and vendor's quality issue
6. Handle and follow up the state of isolated products. 7.set up and keep quality information database of incoming, in-process and finial inspection "
"8. Support relevant person to perform supplier evaluation and quality development
9. customers complaints handling; 10. Coach and train inspectors and operators for quality procedure, work instruction, quality control method. 11. Other task nominated by the management. "
