- Location: Shanghai
Job Summary:
Primarily be responsible for entering and maintaining account, contact and opportunity data within the appropriate Sales & Marketing systems. Perform validation of data integrity across multiple systems, databa<x>ses, reports and functional areas. Involved in working with functional groups and project teams to identify variances in data quality and recommend improvements to both systems & processes. Works directly with Sales & Marketing Operations management to communicate and distribute findings.
Responsibilities:
• Enter & maintain customer, contact & opportunity related information (35%)
• Monitor data integrity across sales and marketing systems & databa<x>ses (25%)
• Module revenue auditing - review of sales opportunities to ensure proper allocation of revenue across product lines (20%)
• Provide reporting assistance to Marketing Operations, Sales Operations and the Global Marketing organization (15%)
• Other duties as assigned (5%)
• No Employee will be supervised or managed by this position
Qualifications/Necessary Skills:
The ideal candidate has:
• Excellent spoken English
• Strong Databa<x>se reporting skills
• Strong Excel skills
• Good at applying systems analysis techniques and procedures, including consulting with users to determine hardware, software or system functional specifications;
• Good at designing, developing, documenting, analyzing, creating, testing or modifying computer systems or programs, including prototypes, ba<x>sed on and related to user or system design specifications
• Good at documenting, testing, creating or modifying computer programs related to the design of software or hardware for operating systems
• Being highly skilled and proficient in the theoretical and practical application of highly specialized information to computer systems analysis, programming or software engineering
Education
AA/BA Degree in Business, Computer Science, Mathematics or equivalent recommended
