Technical Expertise

Business:Training Team aims at enhancing the growth opportunities for employees by building up the skills through extensive in-house and external training programs. Structured training plans with targeted audience helps in building up leadership pipeline and talent pool to support company operations.
Key Accountabilities:
• Develop, deliver, coordinate & ensure flawless execution of leadership & partial professional skills training courses/programs across the organization
• Consistently communicate with people of different levels to provide & gather feedback; identify, analyze & prioritize training needs
• Drive new training initiatives as requested: serve as a key contact from inception to execution
• Select & manage external training consultants for course delivery for leaders
• Interact with Global training team to import best practices & training course and implement global initiatives
Required Skills:
• Bachelor degree or equivalent
• 3 years of training/HR/people development related experience in MNC (multi-national company)
• 3 years of team management experience
• Proven success in develop & delivery of training programs
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills both in Chinese & English and strong motivational skills
