Responsibilities
1. manage the setup and operation of a unit with up to 300 staff - operation skill, coordinating with different functions such as Recruiting, HR, F&S, IT
2. manage the quality delivery of the whole unit - process and delivery skill (IT project/program management), understanding the internal and external delivery process
3. manage the client relationship - communication skill, being able to work with Prudential various parties and Client Team
4. recruit and retain the people - people management skill
5. manage the service level agreement (SLA), understanding contract (assisting in contract management), demand/supply management

Qualifications
 BS
 Mandatory Skills (technology/versions):
Understanding of technical architecture within a given technical domain, e.g. Java/J2EE , .NET;
Project management;
Knowledge of software quality processes;
Knowledge of software development lifecycle;
Good written and verbal English
 Minimum 10+ years work experience required
