比较核心的点：
在技术上确实有足够多的积累，技术绝对够强才行。10年以上
其次是英语好，至少也要读写很好。
待遇不用过多考虑，绝对不是问题，技术做到这个份上的人，说实话不差钱，也不愁找工作。

Sr. Staff/Staff System Engineer
Roles & Responsibilities：
A self motivated Sr. System Engineer will be primarily responsible for understanding new technologies in mobile communication, especially China specific upcoming technologies, such as, TD-LTE, CMMB, IGRS and WAPI etc. The candidate is responsible work with parent companies of SEMC and strategic partners to align the technology strategies and drive the technologies to the best interests of SEMC.
The successful candidate for this role should have broad technical knowledge and in-depth accumulations in various mobile communication protocols and systems. He/she should also has strong business sense in mobile communication and ajacent industry. The selected candidate will be required to work with various SEMC internal teams and develop and align technology roadmap and strategy.
Qualification：
R26; Bachelor’s or Master’s of Science in Electrical or Computer Engineering with a minimum of 10 years experience in mobile communication or related product development.
R26; Solid in-depth knowledge in various mobile communication protocols, including GSM,GPRS, EDGE, UMTS, HSPA, LTE, WLAN, Bluetooth, DLNA etc. Knowledge in Chinese stds. TD-SCDMA, CMMB, WAPI, IGRS would be a plus.
R26; Broad experience in multiple function areas for mobile device, including multimedia, networking protocols and hands-on experience in either HW or HW responsibility in new technology project(s).
R26; Good communication skills with experience in dealing with mobile operators or other customers on technology strategies or collaborations.
R26; Strategic thinker to help CTO China develop China suitable technology strategies and roadmaps.
R26; A good team player with innovative thinking to make differences and take the ownership for his/her responsible areas.
R26; Proficiency in both written and spoken English,
