　　Roles & Responsibilities：
　　A self motivated Sr. SW architect and software engineer will be primarily responsible for software architecture in supporting various SEMC platforms as well as leading the definition of software platform strategy and development in CTO Research & Technology China. This role needs also to support operator dialog in software strategy and technology standardization from software and system perspectives
　　
　　The successful candidate for this role should have strong SW devepoment background with broad knowledge on various SW platforms and operation systems. The selected candidate will be required to work with various communications protocols, social network applications, and also develop and analyze China specific new applications to better understand the trend and develop the corresponding strategies for SEMC. The candidate is expected to independently develop solutions to prove the concept in a timely manner with very minimum help from others.
　　
　　Qualification：
　　R26; Bachelor’s or Master’s of Science in Electrical or Computer Engineering with a minimum of 10 years experience in embedded software or internet application development.
　　
　　R26; Hand-on experience in architecting and programming in multithreaded applications, state machines and object-oriented design for mobile embedded systems.
　　
　　R26; Solid knowledge in various Open or realtime OS, socket programming and networked application development. Experience in programming for social network related applications would be a plus.
　　
　　R26; Very familiar with SW architecture for mobile communication systems and IP subsystem. Overall system knowlwdge (including SW & HW) on communication system would be definitely a plus
　　
　　R26; Hands-on experience in working with IP driven applications, eithernet, WLAN and network routing protocols, such as, NAT and DHCP
　　
　　R26; Broad experience in multiple function areas for mobile device, including multimedia, networking protocols, such as TCP/IP, UDP, RTP, and the IP related applications (VoIP, IM, DLNA etc.)
　　
　　R26; A good team player with innovative thinking to make differences and take the ownership for his/her responsible areas.
　　
　　R26; Proficiency in both written and spoken English,
