this is not a great company. It's just a good company.

The internal operation is a whole mess, the worst I have ever seen comparing with five other Fortune 500 companies I worked for.

What make GE one of the greatest companies in the world? I can't tell so are my prior co-workers.
I read Jack's book. Comparing with "In an uncertain world", I can't see a great leader in Jack.
