i sort of agreed with Lou Dobbs - you can't bring the whole firm down just because of the problem with one office. but on the other hand, there is a reason for DOJ to do that - there're too many problems with andersen, what we saw is just the tip of the iceberg.
anyway, i think it's a good practice for young people to work for a firm like Accenture or other big four consulting/accounting firms. it's also true that most people choose to leave after a few years - the workload is tremendous. there is more in one's life than just the work. how to balance it is the most import thing for most of us to learn...
