If below $5M, but above 1M, then try Merrill;
For <1M assets deal, don't bother ask for forward trading, the spread will be too high, say 10%, even more than 7% potential RMB appreciation rate. However you could ask for help from HSBC's Small Business Group. They're the best in hedging those risks for small clients.
