Obviously the most worrisome about this company is its HUGE debt level - almost 27B. With the real estate bubble bursting, do you think that they can sell enough assets to keep up?
Anyway, this one is too scary for me so I am going to stay put. Hope you can make some money out of this, the yields look tempting....
