it was debt-laden as well but the price was over $20! I believe it is a matter of perception and perspective. I got its 20 cents per share dividend today anyway. I may get out soon if the price is right. (
You need to take a look at its earnings, cash flow, and return on equity too. Say if its long-term debt is fixed rate 6% yearly but its ROE is 25% per year, then it is a great company.
