Apartment Cost (before renovations) ￥1,260,000

Change contract fee （5元/方米*建筑面积〈买卖双方各承担一半〉） ￥255
Contract Tax （价的0.05%） ￥630
Ownership certificate 人民币5元本 ￥5
Floorplan 人民币25-260元/套 ￥260
Foreigner ripoff Tax 人民币1650元（为房价的0.15%）（注：境外人士购买） ￥1,890
Registration fee for ownership 人民币100元/件 ￥100
Insurance 商业保险费率：1169rmb ￥1,169
Real Estate Agent Fee （为房价的1%） ￥12,600
