Job Description
Business Consulting professionals focus on strategy and take responsibility for organizational change and business transformation. Strategy professionals identify and implement high performance business value creation and transformation opportunities by delivering independent strategic and general management consulting services focused on the CEO and Chief Strategy Officer agenda.
Key responsibilities may include:
• Conducting business diagnosis and planning activities
• Analyzing and assuring quality of the data collected
• Assisting in formulating strategic solutions
• Supervising business architecture activities
• Assisting in the development of capabilities and performance measurements/KPIs
• Supervising business architecture implementation activities
• Preparing the client for deployment (communications, training)
• Monitoring the business environment and using the business case/model and making recommendations to change the project plan as appropriate
• Gathering information related to key performance indicators (KPIs) and performing analysis to monitor the change program as requested
• Describing and assessing advantages/disadvantages of strategic/architecture options, including implementation readiness
• Structuring and creating a business/market assessment
• Creating valuation model with guidance
• Constructing a section of the detailed business case logic
• Analyzing balance sheet/ income statement and other financial data to identify company’s strengths and weaknesses
Professional Skill Requirements
• Knowledge of Strategy offerings as well as experience in C-level communications, Advanced Value Analysis & Insight Development, Industry/Business Assessment & Insight Development, Strategy Development, High Performance Business Architecture & Journey Planning, and Strategic Business Management
• Good Interpersonal skills
• 3+ years related work experience.
• MBA degree is preferred
• Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment
• Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
• Desire to work in an information systems environment
• Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
• Ability to meet travel requirements, when applicable
