tell you that the way the black jacket was put on and the way the blouse was put under was a real bad combination
whenever in black, white or grey for a lady, you must go with real minimialism. cut down on the jewleries and accesseries to the point they do not standout to ruin the overall appeal
when you are in those colors, make sure of following
it is simple cutting, not too much BS details here and there
not too many stuff to go with. pick real simple and thin neckless in either siver or gold, or pearls
ear rings must be simple
if you wear blouse under black jacket, grey would be nice, white will be fine, light brown tone would go too
if you want to have colorful stuff to reduce the formalness of the black jack bring out, then ware a colorful skirt would be cool
finally, there is an art in what to ware to "pick out" certain color in entire image and integrate it in a system: have on
tiny item to match with one of the components...
so the point is is really not about what color to wear, but more about how to make the colors working right for you.
black is not a color for any occasion. especially not for guys
as it make you look stupid if you show up in black at a very casual party...
i will stop here, until i am called upon to offer more comments.
